Aftermarket Nissan Titan 2003-2015 Bumper Kits

The Nissan Titan is a full-size pickup truck produced by the Japanese manufacturer, Nissan, between 2003 and 2015. The truck was initially introduced as a 2004 model and was designed to be the successor to the Nissan Frontier. The Titan featured a 5.6-liter, Endurance V8 engine, making it one of the most powerful and capable pickups on the market at the time.

The first generation of the Nissan Titan introduced a new look and design, and initially came in two varieties – the King Cab and the Crew Cab. Both versions offered either two- or four-wheel drive and a range of convenient features such as rear-view cameras and power windows. As their names suggest, the King Cab offered more interior space, while the Crew Cab had a longer wheelbase and a longer bed for increased cargo capacity. The Titan also featured an independent double wishbone suspension system which provided better handling and improved ride quality.

In 2006, Nissan debuted a second-generation Titan, with a redesigned front end, a revised version of the 5.6-liter Endurance V8 engine, and improved interior appointments. In addition, a new SE off-road package was added to the lineup, giving the Titan increased capability over rocky and uneven terrain. Also available was the LE trim level, which was equipped with leather upholstery and additional luxury features such as heated seats and a premium audio system.

For 2009, Nissan released a special “rock and roll” edition of the Titan, which included unique interior and exterior appointments. The exterior of the truck was given a unique two-tone paint job, while the interior was more luxurious, thanks to the upgraded leather seats and embroidered headrests.

The third and final generation of the Nissan Titan began in 2013 and featured a redesigned body and a larger engine. The 5.6-liter Endurance V8 was replaced by the 5.0-liter Cummins turbo diesel engine, giving the truck more power and torque than before. Alongside the diesel engine was a new seven-speed automatic transmission, resulting in improved fuel economy and a more refined driving experience.

Over its 13 year production run, the Nissan Titan was widely praised for its rugged good looks, powerful engine and comfortable interior. Although it never achieved the same levels of sales success as some of its rivals, the Titan proved itself to be a reliable and capable pickup truck. As such, it remains a popular choice for those looking for a full-size pickup truck with plenty of power and capability.
