Aftermarket Ford F250-350 1997-1998 square body Bumper Kits

The Ford F250-350 is a line of light-duty trucks built by the Ford Motor Company. They were produced from the 1997 to 1998 model years and were part of the sixth generation of Ford trucks. The F250-350 models are affectionately known as “square body” trucks because of their unique boxy shape and design.

The exterior of the F250-350 featured a smaller, aerodynamic grille with integrated parking lamps, flush-mounted headlights, and a taller hood. A five-speed manual transmission was standard, but the optional five-speed automatic transmission had a column shifter. The wheelbase was about 133 inches, with a length that ranged from 211 to 249 inches depending on the model. The trucks had either rear-wheel drive or four-wheel drive depending on the trim level.

On the inside, the F250-350 offered buyers a comfortable ride and plenty of room. The interior featured cloth upholstery, power windows, locks, and mirrors. An AM/FM cassette player was included as standard equipment, along with air conditioning and cruise control. An optional tilt wheel was available as well. For added convenience, the F250-350 also offered a number of storage compartments, including glove boxes, center consoles, and door pockets.

Under the hood of the F250-350 was a range of engines options. The entry-level engine was a 5.7-liter V8, which produced 225 horsepower and 305 lb-ft of torque. Buyers could opt for a 7.3-liter diesel V8, which produced 205 horsepower and 440 lb-ft of torque. Finally, the top-of-the-line engine was a 7.4-liter V8, which produced 230 horsepower and 340 lb-ft of torque. All of these engines offered buyers plenty of power and performance.

When it comes to safety, the F250-350 had some impressive features. It came with dual front airbags, as well as optional side airbags. Antilock brakes were also available, which helped the truck stop quickly and safely. Other features included a security system, traction control, and an anti-theft system.

Overall, the Ford F250-350 was an excellent choice for anyone looking for a rugged, reliable truck from 1997 to 1998. With its distinctive square-body design, comfortable interior, and powerful engine options, the F250-350 offered drivers plenty of performance and capability. Whether it was used for work or pleasure, the F250-350 was a great all-around choice for a pickup truck.
