Shipping & Returns
Please Note: Due to our most recent promotion, our bumper kits may take longer to ship. Bumper kits may take 7-10 business days. Our team is working as quickly as possible to get all bumper kits shipped out.
Some Falcon Bumper Kits may take an additional 7-10 business days to produce. If you would like an estimated shipping timeline please contact us.
We offer shipping throughout the United States and to Hawaii & Alaska. Shipping charges are determined during checkout and depend on the products that you are ordering along with your shipping location. All bumper kits ship from Lewistown, Montana.
Expedited processing is available for U.S. shipping addresses during select times or by contacting our customer service team. If you select the expedited processing option during checkout, your order will be moved to the front of our manufacturing queue in the order it was placed. Orders placed via Expedited Processing will still ship out regular UPS and the charge is per bumper kit or product. Expedited processing is not expedited shipping such as overnight or 2nd day delivery. We currently do not offer expedited shipping (overnight or 2nd day) at this time.
International shipping is as follows:
- Canada: Shipping prices will show at checkout depending on the products you order.
Contact us with your address if you'd like a quote to any location outside of the U.S. and Canada.
During non-peak demand and promotions, Classic, Embark, and Precision Bumper Kits will generally ship in 3-5 business days* as our bumper kits are custom made. Please note most Bolt bumpers will ship within 5-7 business days depending demand.
*Please note: Orders placed during the holiday, special promotions, or periods of high demand may take a little longer (14-21 business days) than normal. If you need an exact timeline, please contact us.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
You may return any unused, undamaged, unmodified products for refund or exchange up to 30 days after purchase. All returns and exchanges will incur a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees from returning or exchanging any product is solely the customer’s responsibility. We can provide a prepaid shipping label to send the product back but the amount will be reduced from the total refund. Special orders may not be returned. All returns MUST have prior authorization before returning them to us. We reserve the right to inspect all returns before issuing a credit. Refunds may not be processed if a product is damaged, altered or modified. Please allow 5-10 business days to process your return.

After you’ve made a purchase, you have 24 hours to cancel your order as long as the order has not already been shipped out. After that, additional fees will apply.
Promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers and promo codes must be entered at time of checkout. Not valid on previous purchases and expire on the date and time advertised. Sale priced items are excluded from promotions. Free shipping promotions are valid only for the contiguous U.S. and may be limited by a dollar threshold. Shipping will automatically be calculated during checkout based upon your shipping address and qualifying discount codes entered.
