Unique Manufacturing Capabilities HHI has the resources to self-perform structural steel fabrication and erection work under its ISO 9001:2015 and AISC certifications through utilization of its 90,000 SF fabrication facility, 25,000 SF high bay with 20-ton bridge crane, and industrial paint and blast booths. HHI’s 54-acre campus provides extensive space to assemble and store. HHI offers unmatched fabrication abilities for new construction and renovation. HHI has designed and manufactured many other unique products including a variety of aircraft maintenance stands, C-17 aircraft wheel and tripod jack trailers, high line platform docks, an F-16 fuel tank gantry crane, and extra-large, military-grade cots capable of supporting 400 lbs. HHI also fabricated a variety of staging props for the Chemical Defense Training Facility at Fort Leonard Wood, MO such as mock missiles, military vehicles, subway rail cars, and other obstacles. We also provide specialty fabrication services including paint and blast, CNC milling and tube drilling, graining, and cutting using a high-definition (HD) plasma table.
