My base shop rate is $60/hr with a 1 hr. Minimum charge. I tend to ship with UPS and do not try to make money off of shipping the best estimate for the majority of products I sell is a base rate of $13 plus $0.50 per LB. painting costs are determined by the type of paint application and where I can take it to. Unfortunately I do not have the ability to paint in-house.
